                                      Sub: Keeping Clean and Healthy Atmosphere in School

                All the students of our school are hereby notified that our school has acquired the reputation of being first in the aspect of academic scoring as well as extra curriculum activities in the last academic session. Our school has been awarded on "keeping clean and healthy atmosphere in school". But it is a matter of regret that during the school hours some students are loitering outside the school premises in school uniform denounces the prestige of the school. It is beyond our dignity. Truly, every student should be punctual and concentrative to their studies eslecially. Their movement should be restricted within those hours. They must avoid any toxic food taken from the outside that might affect their health. Above all, they must set to such an action that will sustain a good atmosphere inside as well as outside of the school to enhance the fame of this institution. 

               Therefore, the students are being asked to abide by the above mentioned advices to maintain a clean and healthy ambience in our school.
