A Letter to the Hotel Manager for Booking a Room

Write a letter to the Hotel Manager for Booking a Room during Puja vacation.

Puja fetches a number of days to spend without much caring to scheduled works. This period of time is called vacation. We can have the best use of it through different activities.

Roaming in a place, visiting a spot, travelling to some distant areas are some ways to make the most use of vacations. Of course, we need a shelter to take a rest after the end of the day. Therefore, we should book a room for spending the night at ease.

For that a person must contact with the authority of a hotel or lodge by mailing, calling over telephone or writing a letter to them.

We must keep in mind in order to book a room at least a week before the occasion we are aiming to enjoy. Letter writing is an art. So, let's know how to book a room in a hotel through writing a letter to the hotel manager.

Step No. 01
First of all, write the designation of the hotel authority at the top left corner of the page you selected.

Secondly, write the name of the hotel or lodge just down to the designation of the hotel authority.

Thirdly, put down the location of the hotel under the name of the hotel or lodge.

Fourthly, set down the name of the district or province where your accommodation house is located beneath the location of the hotel.

Fifthly, write the name of the state where the lodge is situated at the bottom of the name of the district or province.

Sixthly, write down the area pin code number just under the district name.

Step No. 02

                                                        Subject: Room booking

Dear Sir,
I am planning to visit Digha during the Puja Vacation this month. I wish to spend three days that will start from 12th of September, 2022. It is my first tour to Digha. So I do not know if I am late to book a room for me and my friend in your hotel. I am a nature lover and seas attract me the most. That is why I intend to secure a room with the view of seascape. An adjacent balcony will allow me to savor the beauty of sea beach and so on. I have heard about the services this hotel provides to the clients. I also want to have enough space for two separate beds and a dining table in the room. Apart from these, let me know the following details:
1. Room availability under Rs.1000/- per day
2. Two meals twice a day (without extra charges)
3. Free access on coming in and going out of the hotel

Please, get me aware of the information listed above and the wishes written before that via www.naturelover99@gmail.com soon.

Therefore, I definitely desire to book a room having the conditions fulfilled. I agree to pay half of the charges in advance after the agreement is done. Thanking you,
                                                                                                                                     Yours faithfully,
