Process Writing on Useful Articles from Waste Polythene Bags

Write a paragraph in about 100 words using the following flowchart to produce useful articles from waste polythene bags. 

Waste polythene bags collected  - sorted -  dirty bags removed - melted at a temperature of 125 C  - the polythene becomes like jelly - sawdust or paddy husks added - mixture pressed by rolls  - put into moulds for shape - moulds cooled in water - products finished and ready for use. 


Open bags with carrying handles are widely used worldwide. These types of bags are called Polythene bags that help people a lot. Those are provided to the shoppers for convenience to carry items they buy from the shops. Stores frequently offer them as a comfort to shoppers. 

Heavy-responsibility reusable buying baggage is regularly taken into consideration environmentally higher than single-use paper or plastic buying baggage. Because of environmental and muddle problems, a few places are operating towards a phase-out of lightweight plastic baggage.




        Process Writing on Useful Articles from Waste Polythene Bags

Plastic is a common form of packaging. For the last few decades, plastic bags are utilised for many medical purposes. Polythene or plastic bags are used for diverse applications.

To produce useful articles from waste polythene bags, a number of steps should be followed. The steps are discussed one by one. First of all, waste polythene bags are collected or gathered to a place. Next, collected bags are sorted well. Then, from the sorted bags, dirty bags are removed aside. 

Later, good ones are melted at a temperature of 125 C. After a while, the polythene will become like jelly. Thereafter, sawdust or paddy husks are added to that polythene jelly. After that, the mixture is pressed by rolls. Subsequently, the pressed mixture is put into moulds for shape accordingly. 

Afterwards, moulds are cooled in water. Now, the products that are desired to make are finished and ready for use or sale. In today's life, we feel a great demand for waste disposal bags, flexible intermediate bulk containers and plastic shopping bags.
