Notice to the members of a club for opening a library

                                      Sub: Opening a Library 
                          
         All the members of Sundarban Club are hereby informed that our club has decided to open a library with all facilities available these days. The vacant room of the club has been selected to set up the library. On the 12th of August this year on the occasion of National Library Day, our long-desired move of opening a library will be set up. The inauguration ceremony will begin at 10am that day in the presence of honourable chief guest Somnath Barman, BDO of Pathar Pratima. Besides, honourable teachers of the local schools have been invited to motivate learners.
The governing body has approached to enhance the intention of the students in reading more along with other services the club has been already providing. After opening a library, a librarian will be appointed to meet the visitors' needs. The library will be opened for other willing lovers of books too. In order to offer the visitors a great collection of books, the standing body is heartily expecting all the members to donate books of different categories according to their capacity. For opening a library they are also being asked with solicitation to actively join the programme as per the schedule mentioned above.
