The Place Where I Live in

Everyone feels comfortable in his place of habitation. The same realisation is to me too. I live in a rural area named Heramba Gopalpur. It is situated in Sundarbans under the police station of Pathar Pratima in the district of South 24th Parganas. My state is West Bengal. My place of birth is my living place. People of different occupations are living here with co-operations.

They are the neighbours of fraternity, fellow feeling and philanthropy. Simplicity bounds them in faith and unity. The main sources of their livelihood are cultivation and fishing. Besides, there are people who earn by other professions.

Businessmen fairly run their counters, teachers are very careful and sincere in their duties, doctors treat patients well, labours work hard. Beautiful waterways, mangrove forests, river embankments present sights to soothe one's eyes.

place of habitation

Moreover, the Royal Bengal tigers spread the fame of the Sundarbans to the world. Deer add something more to the beauty of the largest mangrove forest in the world. In the rivers there are crocodiles. The other worth seeing sights are Sajnekhali Bird Sanctuary, Tin Kona Island, Sudhanyakhali Watch Tower, Mangrove Eco Garden, Bharat Shevashram Sangha Temple.

Where I Live in

Solemn proximity of Nature, the indifferent sky ahead and the simple way of life root me here.
