Keep Your School Clean

Suppose you are the captain of your school. Write a notice (in about 100 words) for the students of your school requesting them to take part in the programme entitled 'Keep Your School Clean'. You may use the following points. 

(reasons for organising such a programme -- date and time -- cleaning materials to be used -- method to be applied for the success of the programme)

All the students of Dakshin Kashinagar High School are hereby notified that our school is going to undertake a drive on 'Keep Your School Clean'. Students are asked to gather in the auditorium hall after forth period today. The students would be made to see why this campaign is so vital for an institute like ours. Most of the time during the whole year it is seen that the inside and  the outside of the school campus remain untidy and littered with bins. Cleanliness is one of the most effective attempts to get hygienic ambience for education. Each of  the groups including two classes would be given the charge of cleaning operation once a month. All the cleaning materials like spades, brooms, baskets, buckets, bleaching powder will be provided them to scatter in places. Spontenious participation is solicited.
