Visiting Zoo/Letter Writing on Zoo | Class VII | WBBSE

Suppose you have visited the zoo with your parents. Write a letter to your friend telling him /her about your experience in a zoo. You can use the following hints :

     Zoo is a place where animals and birds are kept with proper nursing under a dedicated team of trained employees. It is a sophisticated habitat of wild games and rare animals. People make their days visiting them in a zoo. With various activities the creatures relish their visitors.

Dear Monali,
                       How are you doing? I wish you recover soon. Sorry to say, I couldn't take you with me to my recent excursion to the Kolkata Zoo. My parents expected you to come with us. 
Last week we visited there. Every species of animals and birds are caged in rows. Only tigers of Sundarbans are allowed to pace up and down in a drench. They were having their feasts in dens within that drench. Other types of stripped animals like zirrafs, zebras, white tigers are locked in cages. Gorillas greeted us with bare teeth. I got much excited when I neared to Orang Otang. It looked like our precious selves. Next we moved to the area where the creatures of water live. Great tortoises were volting, mammoth hippos were wallowing in muddy water. Crocodiles were enjoying sunshine with open mouthed and eyes closed.
Birds were chirping and flying inside the cages. At times, I felt I had been in their own places rather than in the zoo. To my thinking, some of these caged beings should be kept in their original habitats. Don't worry. Take care of yourself.
