Daring Burglary at Dum Dum Park

Dum Dum Park, Kolkata, 25th Sep,2019:Even Kolkata remained no longer safer to dwell when a daring burglary in a flat at Dum Dum Park occurred in broad daylight at around 11:15am on 24th of September, 2019. The three robbers looted articles worth of Rs.5 lakhs . None was arrested so far.

Only the eldest of five members of the flat stayed in while the accident took place. All the others were out that time. At around 11:15am the doorbell rang and the household opened the door thinking to be some vendor. At once the three robbers pushed him in and tied with rope to a furniture. They sealed his mouth too and pointed gun at him. Then the robbers broke the iron chest and looted jewelleries and cash of worth five lakhs. Immediately they ran away with riding a maruti car. Neighbours came to know after a few minutes when they saw the old shaking his folded hands desperately from the other flat. They rushed to there and untied him. Police was informed in no time. An FIR was lodged against the robbery. Police started investigation as per informations given by the witness of the burglary. No one was arrested after ten hours.
